Belief….. Everyone lives in his/her own actions (Karma). And these actions (Karma) have inheritance that have influence in our life, be it current or next life. We are the gardener of our Karma. What happen to us today might not be the cause of the past Karma but our decisions and actions today are going to have the karmic effects on us. Like many people, I have allowed the basic “Law of Karma” to sink deep down into the back of my mind. Many people I have spoken to share the same sentiments. Times spend making a living, and making ends tie for the family have taken our full attention that we have forgotten to practise good Karma.
Not until I met this Thai master. He has “awaken” and reminds me my belief.
I learnt from him to be Selfish-less. Yes…that’s right….All good things must share with many people and allow more people to participate and involve.
That’s the motivation behind the creation of this blog. I hope we could use this blog as a platform to learn and share.
Alright let get our first sharing going……
2 years ago, I have come to know a Thailand Master in Singapore through my brother.
From this Thai Master, he reminded me my Secondary School days where we had our “Buddhist Studies”. The first time we were being introduced to Karma. And through my conversation with the master, he has been emphasizing and reinforcing on the teaching of Karma.
He explained to me, why “Karma” is important in our life.
He told me that there are good and bad “Karma”, it all depends on your past and the present practices /actions.
He told me one should not compare themselves with others. And we should spend more time practicing and cultivating for own good Karma.
The next time, I would like to share with you my trip to Thailand “Kampong” temple with the Thai Master during last October.
